Para entender um pouco mais sobre como funciona o Conselho conversamos com a Conselheira reeleita &#8211; Lizandra Magon de Almeida.<\/p>\n<p>Lizandra explica que S\u00e3o Paulo \u00e9 uma das poucas cidades do Brasil que conta com Plano Municipal do Livro de Leitura e Biblioteca. Segundo ela, o Conselho atua para orientar, fiscalizar e acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas criadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA gente est\u00e1 no quarto mandato do Conselho, a cada ano e gest\u00e3o \u00e9 uma dificuldade nova e uma quantidade de demandas que a gente tem que acompanhar para que a prefeitura entenda o que a sociedade quer como uma sociedade pol\u00edtica cultural. Porque existe a pol\u00edtica cultural que \u00e9 formulada pela pr\u00f3pria prefeitura de acordo com as diretrizes pol\u00edticas de quem est\u00e1 no poder, mas tem as iniciativas populares e a forma como a sociedade entende que tem que ser a cultura do munic\u00edpio voltada para os livros e para leitura das bibliotecas e literatura\u201d, afirma a Conselheira.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre a elei\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho, que ocorreu no dia 28 de mar\u00e7o, Lizandra destaca: \u201cEstamos terminando os \u00faltimos momentos de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para a posse que vai ser no dia 30 de abril. Este ano teve a elei\u00e7\u00e3o online, j\u00e1 teve uma quantidade maior de participantes (que os anos anteriores), mas \u00e9 uma coisa que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o precisa saber, se engajar. Essa participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o que garante a transpar\u00eancia nas contas p\u00fablicas dos livros para as bibliotecas, escolas, e garante a bibliodiversidade, que \u00e9 uma das nossas demandas que \u00e9 a diversidade de autores e produtores de livros, para que n\u00e3o fique concentrado nas m\u00e3os de grandes empresas e que tenham uma representatividade tanto do centro, quanto das periferias da cidade\u201d, ressalta ela.<\/p>\n<p>A Central de Not\u00edcias da R\u00e1dio Heli\u00f3polis &#8211; UNAS \u00e9 uma iniciativa do Projeto \u201cO HIP HOP NA SALA DE AULA\u201d. Este projeto foi realizado com o apoio da 7\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Municipal de Fomento ao Servi\u00e7o de Radiodifus\u00e3o Comunit\u00e1ria Para a Cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>Os
