O presidente da Sociedade de Urologia, Fransber Rodrigues, fala sobre a doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9 um c\u00e2ncer que acomete primordialmente pessoas entre 20 e 35 anos, na maior parte das vezes, e s\u00e3o tumores em que o diagn\u00f3stico precoce faz toda a diferen\u00e7a nas chances de cura&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>O tratamento consiste na retirada do test\u00edculo doente por via cir\u00fargica. Caso apenas um dos test\u00edculos seja afetado, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 qualquer preju\u00edzo ao paciente. Em alguns casos, pode ser necess\u00e1ria quimioterapia. \u00c9 importante res saltar que o diagn\u00f3stico precoce garante a cura em aproximadamente 90% dos casos.<\/p>\n<p>A Central de Not\u00edcias da R\u00e1dio ONDA \u00e9 uma iniciativa do Projeto \u201cA PERIFERIA INSURGENTE\u201d.
