O Espa\u00e7o fica na regi\u00e3o da paulista e homenageia as r\u00e1dios, que em grande n\u00famero, est\u00e3o sediadas nas proximidades.<\/p>\n<p>A parceria firmada entre a prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo, o SESC e o Ita\u00fa Cultural transformou um trecho da rua Le\u00f4ncio de Carvalho, entre a Alameda Santos e a Avenida Paulista, em Boulevard. A inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na ter\u00e7a-feira, 30 de abril.<\/p>\n<p>As obras foram custeadas com recursos privados, que investiram cerca de R$ 5 milh\u00f5es de reais na instala\u00e7\u00e3o de sistema de microdrenagem, a troca de mobili\u00e1rio urbano, um novo paisagismo, al\u00e9m de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e nivelamento das cal\u00e7adas. O acesso de ve\u00edculos para os edif\u00edcios da rua Le\u00f4ncio de Carvalho, ser\u00e1 feito pela Alameda Santos.<\/p>\n<p>O taxista Gilberto da Silva, trabalha h\u00e1 20 anos na regi\u00e3o, para ele, o per\u00edodo das obras do Boulevard foi conturbado, no entanto, acredita que agora com a entrega, ser\u00e1 bem melhor para trabalhar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTer que tirar os postes, a fia\u00e7\u00e3o subterr\u00e2nea e a gente ter que se deslocar para outro ponto de trabalho, foi um transtorno. Depois tem os benef\u00edcios e a gente acha bacana, ser\u00e1 bom para n\u00f3s\u201d, afirma Gilberto.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do Espa\u00e7o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tanto o SESC quanto o Ita\u00fa Cultural, vizinhos do boulevard, dividir\u00e3o o espa\u00e7o com diversas programa\u00e7\u00f5es e devem contribuir com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do local. Segundo o prefeito Ricardo Nunes, que participou da inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o, as a\u00e7\u00f5es de zeladoria seguem sob responsabilidade do executivo. \u201c\u00c9 um espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico e obviamente continuar\u00e1 p\u00fablico e permanece dentro do nosso cronograma do servi\u00e7o de varri\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza.
