Esse ano, a cidade ir\u00e1 receber mais de 1000 atra\u00e7\u00f5es, com 22 palcos e dezenas de espa\u00e7os culturais, oferecendo as mais diversas linguagens art\u00edsticas: como m\u00fasica, dan\u00e7a, fotografia, entre outras. Um exemplo, \u00e9 o MASP, que pela primeira vez, em seus 80 anos de exist\u00eancia, ir\u00e1 funcionar por 24 horas ininterruptas e ter\u00e1 entrada gratuita, assim como a Biblioteca M\u00e1rio de Andrade e o Theatro Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>A expectativa da Prefeitura \u00e9 atrair at\u00e9 5 milh\u00f5es de pessoas nos dias 23 e 24 de maio de 2026. A abertura oficial e uma das mais esperadas, acontecer\u00e1 no Vale do Anhangaba\u00fa, palco principal que receber\u00e1 o maestro Jo\u00e3o Carlos Martins, ao lado da escola de samba Mocidade Alegre, grande campe\u00e3 do grupo especial do Carnaval este ano.<\/p>\n<p>Com a Virada, mais descentralizada, outras regi\u00f5es receber\u00e3o 16 palcos que receber\u00e3o m\u00fasicos das mais variadas vertentes. Em entrevista coletiva, o prefeito de S\u00e3o Paulo, Ricardo Nunes (MDB), destacou a grandiosidade do evento e a for\u00e7a tarefa para que tudo saia como o planejado:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada palco desse representou milh\u00f5es e visitas em loco com pessoas das Secretaria de Cultura, Mobilidade, Direitos Humanos, CET, SPTuris, entre outros. Todos para organizar e fazer um plano, um projeto para que as atividades sejam executadas com bastante sucesso\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de toda a divers\u00e3o, a Virada Cultural ter\u00e1 seguran\u00e7a refor\u00e7ada em todos os per\u00edmetros, com a\u00e7\u00f5es diretas como pris\u00f5es em flagrantes, capturas de foragidos, prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico e a\u00e7\u00f5es especiais \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres. \u00c9 o que afirma a Secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Seguran\u00e7a Urbana, Juliana Bussacos:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00f3s temos a\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas e integradas, com Pol\u00edcia Militar e CIVIL, al\u00e9m do trabalho da Secretaria de Direitos Humanos, como protocolo \u201cN\u00e3o Se Cale\u201d e todo o efetivo da Pol\u00edcia Municipal, da GCM, das c\u00e2meras.
