De acordo com ele, isso permite que o corredor consiga manter a rotina de exerc\u00edcios com mais regularidade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTudo o que a gente quer \u00e9 conseguir correr dez ou doze quil\u00f4metros e se recuperar para o pr\u00f3ximo dia, para conseguir treinar novamente\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>Outro ponto destacado pelo treinador \u00e9 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de les\u00f5es.
